I love baby shower cakes!  One thing I like to do every month, is highlight one of the best baby shower cakes submitted by our readers. 

Thanks to "Prego" in Bloated Land, for her Baby Carriage Cake entry. We're not sure of the designer, but we're sure it took hours to assemble. What a great work of art.

Thanks to "Chelsea" from Colorado, for her Garden Shower Cake from Colorado entry. The designer of the cake is Rachael Teufel, from Intricate Icings in Colorado.

Intricate Icings works with each bride and groom to make their wedding cake personalized and special. They recommend scheduling your free, one-hour wedding cake consultation and tasting (up to 4 people) as far in advance as possible to ensure we are available on the date of your wedding. They are limited in the number of events we reserve each weekend and book on a first-come, first-serve basis.

May 2010's Baby Shower Cake of the Month winner was entered by Beatrice from the U.P., we can only assume this may be the Upper Peninsula in Michigan! The cake is by Pink Cake Box in Denville, New Jersey. They create specialty cakes, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cupcakes and cookies for any occasion. All of their baked goods are made to order in a variety of flavors and fillings. This cake features a stylish expentant mom pushing a pram stroller. Adorable!
