Buttercream Flavoring

With buttercream you can take a basic recipe and flavor it any way you want. I've used so many different extracts like lemon, orange, peppermint (for holiday time), hazelnut, almond, rose water, and even some liquors like brandy and rum. It's a real workable frosting, and tastes good with almost any flavor you add to it.
