Chocolate Ganache for a Baby Shower Cake

I really like chocolate ganache on every dessert! I know that using chocolate at any shower, especially if you're eating it when opening gifts, is not the best idea...but I don't care! All I do is pur heated whipped cream over a bowl of chocolate to melt the chocolate. Put it in the refrigerator for about an hour and you've got yourself some chocolate ganache! Put on a cake or cupcakes and you're good to go.
