I started for fun. I wanted a unique and special gift for a friend and stumbled upon the diaper cake idea. It seemed easy enough to try, so I did! To my surprise the first one turned out to be my best one! Complete with a cupcake for the big sister! The mom-to-be LOVED it! Ive been making them for family, friends and anyone who has seen my work and wants to walk in with the coolest gift at the baby shower!! My basic ingredients are about 80 size three disposable diapers, baby body wash and shampoo, and and a baby bottle. Any other items are mostly custom to what the customer wants to include inside or outside the cake! These are just a few cakes I have created including my very first one!!

Ooh Goodie! believes that a diaper cakes is more than a diaper cake, for some it's a centerpiece and for some a keepsake. My company is known for three things: 1. we only decorate using a floral arrangement; 2. all items are strategically placed inside the cake and 3. we can also include a real 6" cake for the customer as a tier topper.

My diaper cakes are different. Simply put. I have created my own style in a very popular product. I conceal the items on the inside of the diaper cake, making it simply a centerpiece that really welcomes the baby. Compared to other diaper cake companies- Ooh Goodie! provides many items to justify the price of each cake and not to mention the prices are consistant. I personally decorate each cake sometimes for hours to make it special. Many are starting to accept this concept and I believe that this will be my company's trademark of presenting diaper cakes.
