Custom Made Figurine

I'm throwing my best friend and her husband a co-ed baby shower in a few months. Co-ed meaning it will be couples (dads/men) included. When my friend got married last year, she had the most amazing cake topper made that was figurines of her and her husband in bride and groom outfits. I was thinking I could ask the same cake topper person to make another cake topper of them both in normal clothes, but with her pregnant. They could be standing together and his hand can be on her belly or something. Or she could be laying down and his head could be up against her belly like he's listening to the baby move. Any feedback on this idea welcome, thanks!
