Desserts for Diabetics

I'm throwing a baby shower soon, and the majority of the mom-to-be's family is overweight and diabetic. I have no clue what kind of dessert to serve that does not have sugar, is that even possible? I can't imagine any dessert tasting good without sugar! Please help.
