diaper cakes: more like diaper sculptures

I've noticed that diaper cakes are becoming a bit non-cake shaped a lot of the time. Have you noticed that? There are some lovely examples posted on this site, and a lot of them are cake shaped, but then a lot are not. I'm wondering if there's a new name for diaper cakes or not. |
