Mini cupcakes

Mini cupcakes are my new favorite thing. They're small, they're easy to decorate and you can eat more than one and not feel real guilty. Eating more than one allows you to sample different flavor combinations too. The problem I have with baking them is that it's real hard to pour the batter in the little tiny cups without spilling. I got smart and started putting all the batter in a large ziplock bag, cut a little edge off the corner of the bag and squeeze the batter out into the cups. Much better!
